Our Goals

Welcome to Fusion Fours!  My name is Tara and I am so proud and excited to present my very own gluten-free products to you!

I know that you will be relieved to bite into a nice, warm slice of bread or pizza that tastes as they are meant to taste and the texture will blow you away!

My first goal for this company was to make products that taste better than what is currently available on the market today. I am very confident that I have succeeded in this goal. I wanted my bread and pizza to be warm, yummy, yeasty, soft and chewy and that is what I have achieved for you! My desserts are sweet, soft and delicious! No grit and no funny tastes or textures!

My second goal was for you to be able to enjoy your pizza, baguettes, hoagie bun, bread, cakes, and cookies at anytime the mood strikes you. It can be so frustrating when you have run to a specific store, for a single batch or loaf that is expensive and mediocre tasting at best. That is why you will enjoy multiple uses with each bag of fusion flours. You can make pizza one day and make baguettes or hoagies the next day! Make only as much as you need, whenever you need it, so that it is always warm and fresh when you eat it! Buy one of each of the products and store in your freezer.

My third goal was to keep prices as low as possible. I want to serve everyone who needs gluten free foods and it is my commitment to make sure that prices remain affordable to most everyone. Is this difficult? Absolutely, it is! You see, there are many different types of gluten free flours, starches and dough enhancing products on the market today. Within this large group, there are substantial variances in quality and prices. These flours range in price from $6.00 per pound down to .80 per pound. Most of our competition chooses to use as many of the lower cost ingredients as possible. Although I understand the impulse to use the least expensive ingredients, it makes for a gritty and funny tasting final product. Fusion Flours LLC chooses to use the more expensive and higher quality products and we will not change our winning formula to boost our bottom line. I will compete by winning over our competitors customers.

You can experiment on your own too. My favorite experiment is dessert pizza. A splash of melted butter, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar (fruit topping if you like). After your dessert pizza is out of the oven, make an icing by mixing powdered sugar, vanilla and milk together to drizzle over the top. Yum!

I hope you enjoy your cake, cookies, pizza and breads. These recipes were originally made by me, in my own kitchen and for my own personal use. Creating these recipes was my attempt to take back control over my life and to feel normal again. I wanted to stop feeling deprived all of the time and these products filled that gluten free void! Pass the word along to your friends and family.
