Gluten-Free Products

Gluten is found in grass-related grains, notably, wheat, rye, and barley, which usually gives bread its chewy elastic and consistent texture. At Fusion flours we have five products.  You and your friends will not be able to tell the difference between these gluten-free treats and their gluten-filled counterparts. 

We combined 7 different flours and starches to create a baking mix that is comparable to the regular flour we are all used to.  Our recipes for each mix are so delicious that most gluten-free people won’t be able to tell the difference.  We dare to to take the taste test!
