Cookie recipes (Cookie dough mix) Peanut butter cookies Preheat oven 350 degrees and prepare the cookie sheet with parchment paper. You will need: ½ cup butter, ½ cup packed brown sugar, ½ cup of sugar, ½ cup of peanut butter, 2 eggs, ¼ tsp. salt and 1 ¾ cups of flour mix. In a mixing bowl, cream the butters, add sugars and mix for 30 seconds. Add eggs and mix on medium/high for 1 minute. Add flour mix and salt and mix until blended. Roll out by hand onto a cookie sheet, use a fork dipped in sugar to crisscross and flatten each ball just a little bit of flattening. Bake for 10-13 minutes.Chocolate chip cookies Preheat oven 350 degrees and prepare the cookie sheet with parchment paper. Roll into balls and then bake for 13 minutes.Gingerbread cookies Preheat oven Mix butter until fluffy, add brown sugar and molasses. Mix med/high for 1 mi-nute. Add egg and mix for 1 minute. Add flour, salt and spices and mix until well combined. Roll into balls and bake for 13 minutes. Tips: You can pre-make dough, roll into a cylinder shape using parchment pa-per. You can freeze the dough for 2 weeks or refrigerate for up to one week.
