Bread and Rolls
Bread Recipes (Fusion Bread Dough Mix) Dinner Bread/rolls
You will need:
5 egg whites 3 TBS oil
1 TBS honey
½ tsp. vinegar
3 TBS sugar
2 tsp. salt 1 1/4 cup very warm water
5 tsp. yeast + 1 tsp. sugar 4 cups flour mix
Preheat oven to 375 degrees In a small bowl, combine the yeast, 1 tsp. sugar and warm water. Set aside until foamy. Meanwhile, combine the egg whites, 3 TBS sugar, oil, honey, vinegar and salt in a large bowl or bread machine. Add 4 cups of carefully measured flour mix to the mixture. Pour the foamy yeast water directly over the top of the flour and egg mixture.
Using the paddle attachment on your mixer or bread machine, mix all together on low speed until it starts to blend (one minute or so). Scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl as it blends, speed up the machine to medium/high setting for 2 minutes. The dough should be very thin and creamy-looking. You can add additional water if it is too thick.
To make a loaf of bread Scoop the dough into 2- 8” lightly greased pans. Fill each ½ full. Pour a little melted butter over the top of the loaf if you like. Cover with greased plastic wrap and let rise for 45 minutes or until doubled. Bake for 25 minutes, Turn out onto a wire rack to cool for 1 hour. Enjoy!
To make dinner rolls Make the dough same as above. Grease muffin tins and fill 1/2 full. Cover with greased plastic wrap and let rise for 45 minutes or until doubled. Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on size. Let cool for 30 minutes.
Tips; Let your freshly baked breads rest on the counter for a few hours. If you wrap them up tight too soon, you may have condensation issues.
Freeze unused bread for fresh taste later on. This also makes incredible hamburger buns. Split in half, toast and enjoy!
TRY French toast! My favorite thing to make!
